Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed upon payment.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the experience start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
If Mundo Society must cancel an experience due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Participation & Media
By booking, you acknowledge that participation may involve walking through public streets, entering artist studios, and participating in group activities that may include food or beverages.
You agree to participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your participation.
Photos or videos may be taken during the experience for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in photos may notify the host before the experience begins.
Liability Waiver
By booking or participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Mundo Society, its founder, guides, artists, collaborators, and partners from claims or liability arising from participation in the experience, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
